An entrance passage with a fountain opens into the courtyard. The former mill room retains stone arches, traditional xorok ceiling slabs and old feeding troughs. Today, it is a spacious ensuite bedroom with four single beds.

Upstairs, an arched sitting and dining hall offers sofas, a television and a wood-burning stove. The adjoining kitchen pairs traditional Maltese floor tiles with a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.

The private pool measures approximately 7 × 4.5 metres, with loungers, an outdoor shower and barbecue facilities nearby. A terrace overlooks the countryside towards the Ta’ Ġurdan lighthouse; a spiral staircase leads to roof terraces for sunrise and sunset.
